WHO WE ARE
Our company, Taub & Posman Associates, LLC, is made up of Jeffrey Taub and Eva Posman. We are both solo practitioners who have a combined 70 years of experience practicing law and 30 years experience managing a suite of offices for lawyers, accountants and other professionals. We have recently revamped the Suite to provide Covid-19 recommended protocols, including plexiglass dividers at all work stations, temperature checks upon entry to the Suite, available masks and hand sanitizer conveniently located around the Suite.
OUR SPACE
In addition to our 30 offices – 23 windowed and 7 interior — ranging in size from 8′ x 12′ to 19’x21′, we have a reception area, two conference rooms, a production room (with two large copiers) and a lunch room stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, milk and soft drinks.
OUR LOCATION
Our suite is located at 570 Lexington Avenue, one of the premiere art deco buildings in New York City, at 51st Street, right by the No. 6 and E trains. We occupy the entire 16th floor of the building (approx. 17,000 square feet), with 30 windowed and interior offices, 8 work stations and a number of actual and virtual subtenants.
WHAT WE PROVIDE

- Two Conference rooms available through a sign-up service, one comfortably seating 14 people and one comfortably seating 10 people
- VOIP Phone system, including voicemail to email and e-fax

- Two high speed copiers, one of which also has available color copying and the other of which also has fax capability

OUR VIRTUAL SUBTENANTS
In addition to our offices, we offer virtual tenancies, where one can receive mail and have the use of our conference rooms for a fixed number of hours per month. In addition, the virtual subtenant may (or may not – as he/she/they chooses) have a telephone (that also has the ability to send voicemail to email so that you can listen to the message on your smartphone) answered by our receptionist.
